Residents of Pelican Cove are governed by covenants and restrictions of the Pelican Cove Property Owners Association.
- Excessive noise, smoke or offensive odor is not permitted.
- Hanging garments, towels, rugs or similar objects from windows or railings is prohibited.
- The posting of advertisements (including political) must be pre-approved.
- Outside radio, internet or television antennas must be pre-approved.
